With over 15 years of HR experience and more than 20 years dedicated to volunteering, Kristi Andrews serves churches, non-profits, and small faith-based businesses. She is intentional about making a positive difference in her sphere of influence, because she believes that even small actions can change the world.
About Matt Andrews
With more than twenty-five years of ministry experience, Matt Andrews has served faithfully as a worship leader, youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor. His calling has always led him toward the hard conversations, beginning with his early work among unhoused and addicted individuals in San Francisco. Today, he brings skills in case management and teaching to every setting, offering steady guidance and compassionate leadership to his community. He plays a key role in Ordinary HR's pastoral searches and church trainings.
